Promotions & Disclaimers
Last updated: July 20, 2026
Bitstop offers promotional discounts on transaction fees through select channels, including email, paid advertising, customer reviews, and direct outreach. The terms below outline how Bitstop promotional codes work, who qualifies, and how codes are redeemed. All promotional codes, whether listed on this page or distributed through advertising and direct campaigns, are subject to the General Promotion Terms and One-Time Use Policy on this page.
Active Promotions
There are no active public promotions right now.
Bitstop promo codes are announced through official channels only: bitstop.co, the Bitstop app, verified Bitstop social accounts, official Bitstop emails, and authorized partners. If someone you don’t know sent you a code with urgent payment instructions, treat it as a scam. Learn how these scams work.
Additional promotional codes are distributed through Bitstop advertising, email campaigns, and partner channels. They are governed by the same terms below.
Private Promotional Codes
Bitstop distributes private promotional codes through select channels, including paid advertising on social media and search platforms, email campaigns, partner programs, customer review rewards, and direct outreach from the Bitstop team.
These codes are intended for specific audiences and are not listed publicly. All private promotional codes are governed by the same General Promotion Terms and One-Time Use Policy outlined on this page. By redeeming any Bitstop promotional code, the customer agrees to these terms regardless of how the code was received.
Redeem promotional codes received directly from official Bitstop channels only: bitstop.co, the Bitstop app, verified Bitstop social media accounts, official Bitstop email communications, and authorized partners. Codes received from any other source, including unsolicited messages, third-party websites, or unverified social media accounts, may not be legitimate and should not be entered into the Bitstop ATM or app.
If you are unsure whether a code you received is a legitimate Bitstop promotion, contact Bitstop customer support before attempting to use it.
General Promotion Terms
The following terms apply to all Bitstop promotional codes, including any code listed on this page and any codes distributed through Bitstop advertising, paid media, email campaigns, partner programs, and direct customer outreach.
Promotional discounts apply only to Bitstop transaction fees. They do not affect the market price of Bitcoin, stablecoins, tokenized gold, or any other supported digital asset. The underlying asset price is determined by live market conditions at the time of the transaction.
All promotional codes are limited to one use per verified customer. Bitstop reserves the right to refuse, modify, or revoke any promotional code at any time, including in cases of suspected fraud, abuse, account duplication, or violation of Bitstop’s Terms of Service.
Promotional codes are non-transferable and have no cash value. Codes cannot be sold, traded, or combined with any other Bitstop offer unless explicitly stated. Discounts are not retroactive and cannot be applied to previously completed transactions.
Promotional codes distributed through advertising, paid media, or targeted campaigns are intended only for the audiences to which they were delivered. Sharing, reposting, or redistributing private promotional codes outside their intended audience may result in the code being deactivated.
All transactions remain subject to Bitstop’s standard compliance procedures, including identity verification, transaction monitoring, and applicable AML/KYC requirements. Use of a promotional code does not exempt any customer from required verification steps or transaction limits.
Bitstop reserves the right to update these terms at any time. The version posted on this page at the time of redemption governs the transaction.
One-Time Use Policy
All Bitstop promotional codes, including those listed on this page and those distributed through advertising, email, or partner channels, are limited to one redemption per verified customer. Eligibility is determined by Bitstop’s verification systems, including government identification, phone number, and the wallet address associated with the transaction.
A promotional code is considered redeemed, and permanently closed for that customer, when any of the following occur:
- The code is successfully applied to a completed transaction where the discount is honored against the transaction fee.
- The code is applied and the customer proceeds past the final confirmation screen, regardless of whether the transaction completes due to user-side cancellation after confirmation.
- The customer’s verified identity has previously redeemed the same code under a different account, phone number, or wallet address.
A code entered but abandoned before final confirmation does not count as a redemption. The customer remains eligible.
Bitstop reserves the right to deny redemption of any code in cases involving duplicate accounts, suspected fraud, identity mismatches, or any behavior inconsistent with the intended use of the promotion. Attempting to redeem the same code across multiple accounts, identities, or wallets is a violation of these terms and may result in account review under Bitstop’s standard compliance procedures.
If a customer qualifies for multiple different promotional codes, each unique code may be redeemed once. The one-time limit applies per code, not across all promotions.
How Transaction Fee Discounts Work
When a promotional code is applied, the percentage discount is calculated against the Bitstop standard transaction fee, not the total transaction amount or the value of the digital asset purchased. For example, a 15% off code applied to a $100 transaction with a $10 transaction fee results in a $1.50 discount on the fee.
The discount is reflected at the time of the transaction, on the ATM screen or in the Bitstop app, before final confirmation.
Machine Operators
Bitstop owns and operates certain Bitcoin ATMs (“Machines”) and also licenses software used in Machines operated by independent third parties (“Operators”). For Machines owned and operated by Bitstop, Bitstop is responsible for their management, maintenance, and operation. For Machines owned and operated by Operators, ownership and operational responsibility rest solely with those independent third-party entities.
Bitstop expressly disclaims any and all liability for the actions, omissions, or conduct of Operators or other third parties in connection with your use of Machines not owned and operated by Bitstop. Bitstop does not control, supervise, or otherwise have direct involvement in the management, maintenance, or operation of Operator-run Machines. Users of all Machines do so at their own risk and are encouraged to perform due diligence on the specific Machines and Operators they use. The party responsible for a particular machine can be identified on the Bitstop location map or physically at the machine location.
