Are You at a Bitstop ATM?

How to confirm you used a Bitstop machine, and what to do if it belongs to another operator.

Bitcoin ATMs are operated by many different companies, and each operator can only access records for its own machines. If you used a machine that isn't part of the Bitstop network, that company will need to help you.

A Bitstop machine shows the Bitstop name and branding on the screen and on the machine itself, and your receipt and any text confirmation identify Bitstop as the operator. You can also check the location against the Bitstop locator at bitstop.co/locations.

If the machine is part of the Bitstop network, Bitstop support can help. To assist with a specific transaction or machine, please have ready your full name, the phone number you entered at the ATM, and the full address of the ATM location.

If the machine is not a Bitstop ATM, contact the company that owns or manages that machine. Bitstop cannot access records for machines operated by other companies.

Need help? Bitstop support is available 24/7 at (855) 524-8786 or support@bitstop.co.
